Well the question is, would either of those films have been box office hits had Molly been in them? Not that Julia Roberts or Demi Moore did anything special or noteworthy in those films. But I'm just saying, maybe the reception would have been different. I can't picture Molly having any sex appeal to play a hooker in Pretty Woman.

To be fair, the story/premise to Pretty Woman is pretty fucking stupid, so I don't blame her for turning it down. Sean Connery on the other hand has really fucked up with project picks, he turned down the following:
Jurassic Park
The Matrix
Lord of the Rings
Harry Potter
Blade Runner
