When you watch a movie, are you able to watch it all in one sitting, without being distracted by anything (looking at phone, browsing the internet)… I wouldn't count pausing for 20 seconds to urinate.
Even if you can watch an entire movie with 100% attention, do you find it becoming more difficult in the last 5-10 years? It is for me, usually with a movie that doesn't get off to a great start, and I'm wondering how many movies I didn't like, only because my eyes would gaze elsewhere even for a few moments.

No, I get distracted by looking at my phone quite often. I need to control it.

Always! For movies, I watched the 4 hours long version of Cleopatra (1963) in one sitting! When I was a kid I had a VHS with most Happy Harmonies and similar stuff, it ran for 6 hours and I watched it many times from 6 to noon.
It had stuff like To spring:
the Enchanted square
Balloon Land:
My parents were the ones who gave all those VHS away a long time ago, yet I haven't been able to find on youtube one of those cartoons that I remember.

I can usually watch the whole thing, but sometimes it takes me a couple of sittings. Only times I have to watch the movies I like are late at night. My wife and kids don't really get into movies made in the "olden" days.

Usually I can.
But I’ll admit it’s been more of a challenge while quarantining. Maybe because I basically always am watching something.

If I don't have to work, answer the door, the phone, then sure (etc), but that seems rarer nowadays due to changing work conditions for all of us. Otherwise, just pour a big glass of water.

My wife and kids don't really get into movies made in the "olden" days. Often I'll treat re-watches like a book. Put it down after an hour, finish the rest the next day. There's nothing in my collection I've not already watched at least 3 times.

I tend to get distracted easily. Sometimes it takes me all day to finish a movie.

Yes, pretty much. I would say I am more Yes than No especially if the movie itself is solid it's much easier to keep focused on it vs when a movie is around average you might tend to lose a bit of focus etc. but, as usual, if a my interest in a movie falls below a certain point ill simply turn it off and give it my usual 2/10 (boring) which is truly boring status and that's pretty much my bottom of the barrel score. technically 1/10's are worse for me but this is a score I reverse for movies I more greatly dislike.
Yes, I would imagine it goes without saying if one has to pause to go to the bathroom or maybe get a snack/food etc that's okay and to be expected.
Yeah, I am sure I drift off a little here and there on movies that are around average for me. especially movies that are starting to push closer to below average than slightly above average at which point they start to at least slightly waste my time.
That's a total non-issue for me. because while I might drift off a little once in a while it's not going to effect my overall enjoyment of a movie for sure.
because if your only missing a tiny bit here and there from your mind randomly thinking about something else it's likely no where near the point it's going to effect your overall judgement of the movie as after a person has seen plenty of movies, which I would assume most people around here have, then you can usually roughly gauge a movie within the first 20-30 minutes or so on how it will turn out given your overall interest in it by around that point. because some movies you can see they will probably end up getting turned off earlier in the movie because I am bored (only about 1 out of every 14-15 movies or so I turn off due to boredom). but many, if not most, movies I see tend to be more of that watchable but forgettable range. like they keep you interested enough to watch and finish but you have no desire to re-watch them (like I have said before movies are ultimately made or broke based on whether I want to re-watch them from time-to-time as the years pass or not) and some movies you can tell earlier on that they got a good chance for a Thumbs Up (i.e. a 6/10 (a mild Thumbs Up) at the minimum) and some can go beyond that to as usually the better movies tend to be better at holding ones interest to a higher level more steadily than movies that do not.

No problem maintaining my attention if it's a good movie.
If the movie bores me, however, then my mind will wander.
