That is good stuff.
The Lion King/Alien cover is ingenious.

Loved the Little Shop one. What do you think The Shining would be? Genie with an axe? Robin was supposed to play Jack originally.

Wicked. The Pinocchio one (to me) is the most disturbing.

I remember reading a lot of those comic book adaptations of the films as well as other Disney characters. These are pretty hilarious. Even though Berenstein Bears aren't Disney I find that one very funny as my kids right now love those books (the real ones).

Yeah I had heard that they were as well.
LOL, I am definitely interested in seeing what an "R" Rated DISNEY Movie will be like.

Probably no different than a touchstone or Hollywood picture movie.

Wicked. The Pinocchio one (to me) is the most disturbing. I don't find much disturbing about Dead Alive, it is so ott and comic book gore. It is jolly macabre ingenuity to me, with Pinocchio coming out of Geppetto's head. Agreed. Agreed about the image. I haven't seen Dead Alive, only one up here. You saying it's alright?

Agreed. Agreed about the image. I haven't seen Dead Alive, only one up here. You saying it's alright? It was perhaps one of the goriest movies made at the time, but it has its tongue planted firmly in its cheek. If you are interested in Peter Jackson’s earlier low budget works, it is worth watching. I found it on you tube. It is the unrated version believe, didn’t watch it all. Have seen several times before. Also known as Braindead. I just might. I haven't been in the mood for a while but comic book gore is usually up an alley that I frequent. Plus I liked The Frighteners quite a lot. That's been a while too.
