It was for scrambled eggs that's sort of like a soufflé ...this turned out more like a soup!

It wasn't in English for one thing, it was in Japanese I think and I just followed along. Who knows where I mucked up the ingredients. It could be that I cooked them on the runny side? You cook the entire dish in the pan only using chop sticks (which is new to me). I'm clueless, but was trying something new.

That is why I only watch professional chefs, people with a culinary background and time in a kitchen (e.g. Chef John, Chef Michael Smith, Gordon Ramsay, Jacques Pépin). A lot of cooking videos are pumped out by content farms, many of which are faked and will not produce a good result.
