It was for scrambled eggs that's sort of like a soufflé ...this turned out more like a soup!

It wasn't in English for one thing, it was in Japanese I think and I just followed along. Who knows where I mucked up the ingredients. It could be that I cooked them on the runny side? You cook the entire dish in the pan only using chop sticks (which is new to me). I'm clueless, but was trying something new. |

That is why I only watch professional chefs, people with a culinary background and time in a kitchen (e.g. Chef John, Chef Michael Smith, Gordon Ramsay, Jacques Pépin). A lot of cooking videos are pumped out by content farms, many of which are faked and will not produce a good result.
