I figured it out.
When you buy the pints of "low calorie" ice-cream, they're whipped full of air. Just like the lower calorie yogurt, like Yoplait. Compared to something like Chobani.
I ordered a certain ice-cream because I wanted to try salted caramel and they gave me this brand called 330 or something, and even after being in the freezer for 2 days, it had the same texture as cool whip. It was mostly air. That's how they get away with claiming it's low-cal per ounce. You're eating air!
