Yes aj!! I have headaches from allergies, poor air quality, weather fronts, etc. Probably 20 per month! I use a generic excedrin . the caffeine helps a lot! Do you get many headaches? Yes, I have frequent headaches Enigma but it is mostly because I have sleep problems. Whenever my sleep pattern gets disturbed (which happens very often) I have to wake up with extreme headache. It used to be worst in 2018 but it's still something that I classify as big problem of my life. Earlier nothing used to work. Now a days I take Crocin Pain Relief tablets which have both Paracetamol and Caffeine Anhydrous. It works better although just paracetamol doesn't work. I have no problem sleeping. Well rarely. Do you have trouble getting to sleep? A little benadryl might help. Caffeine is amazing isn't it??

No kidding. If I'm a little stuffy, during high pollen season, the stuffiness is made worse by lying down. Benedryl to the rescue!!

Have you tried a shot of bourbon? Or, maybe a bloody mary. That seems like it would make a headache even worse. I don't drink so no.

Of course if you're an alcoholic one drink is a prelude to getting drunk and a hangover the next day. But for the average person one or two shots will cure what ails ya. Thanks, That should be good advise for people that drink.

Joanna - I guess if you have a headache you can't get rid of, you may as well enjoy it. If you say so.

Have you tried a shot of bourbon? Or, maybe a bloody mary. Posters are your advice Petro But I think if you keep drinking, not just one shot, you might be on to something. Yes, let's be abundantly clear here as this is not a surgery.
DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOL IF YOU HAVE A HEADACHE, AND IF IT'S SEVERE OR PERSISTENT, CALL A QUALIFIED DOCTOR AND ASK FOR SOUND MEDICAL ADVICE.

I knew you were joking. I thought it interesting that so many said 'I am not a doctor' People are worried about being sued.

As stated previously, this is NOT A SURGERY and should NOT be mistaken for one. DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOL IF YOU HAVE A HEADACHE, AND IF IT'S SEVERE OR PERSISTENT, CALL A QUALIFIED DOCTOR AND ASK FOR SOUND MEDICAL ADVICE.

A headache is not cured by staring at a screen waiting to find out how to cure a headache, so first switch off the screen.

I very rarely get headaches and if I do they’re usually mild. I occasionally take paracetamol.

I had to google that. It's some wacky British name for Tylenol. It’s a generic name so we don’t have to capitalise it. It also goes by the generic name acetaminophen which is a bit of a mouthful.

It's a horrible poison which causes liver failure especially if you drink cider. As a drinker I always avoided it. I hate to tout conspiracy theories but I don't know why the medical establishment has been pushing it on the populace for the past 30 years.
I’ll let you know when it finally kills me.

I've heard that cold champagne is supposed to help against headaches. I tried this out the last time I had a headache, but it seemed to have little effect on my condition. In the end I had to take a couple of aspirin to make it go away.
