It's pretty safe to say something like Parasite (2019) is no where near as popular/liked to a higher degree as Braveheart (1995) and a fair amount of others on that list.
The only ones that stand out on that list (as in I score a 7/10 or higher) in my mind are...
1)Braveheart (1995) - 10/10 2)Gladiator (2000 - 8/10 3)The Departed (2006) - 7.5-8/10 -)Rain Man (1988) 5)Forrest Gump (1994) - 7/10

Wow, I had forgotten that Shawshank Redemption didn’t win any Academy Awards.
What a list of best pictures, though!!
Standouts in my view:
1. Silence of the Lambs 2. Casablanca 3. The Sting

This page on IMDb is actually pretty cool because it lets you sort the Oscar Winning movies in a number of different ways (according to popularity, user ratings, Box Office money, etc). I like this!

No way do these two deserve such a low rating Out of Africa - 7.2/10 Chariots of Fire - 7.2/10
And no way do these two deserve such a high rating Crash - 7.8/10 Argo - 7.7/10
And Tom Jones only has a 6.5?

I am a big fan of Crash and Argo, though I understand why many people dislike the former. I agree that Out of Africa deserves higher. I'm not much of a fan of Chariots of Fire though. Tom Jones is underrated on IMDB. It deserves at least 7.2/10.

Pleasantly surprised at how low the porn parody of Creature From the Black Lagoon is.
Some of those (Forrest Gump, A Beautiful Mind, Green Book, etc) seem more divisive than those numbers reflect. But I suppose they're aimed at the majority and succeeded.

I started to like him a lot more when I first watched Catch Me If You Can back in 2003. He had a rough patch from 1998-2002. I remember thinking he was going to be a huge star after Titanic, but then his career went downhill until Martin Scorsese started casting him.

I was too young to see girls go gaga over him. My white whale was Zac Efron.

Leonardo DiCaprio had 2 great performances before Titanic was even released and then he became a heartthrob because of Romeo+Juliet and Titanic. I always liked him too, but it took a while after The Basketball Diaries for him to really impress me again. Not until The Aviator, which was his first mature role. Then the Departed and Blood Diamond came out and all of a sudden he was taken seriously by the majority. Maybe by that time the haters just grew up.

Gotta say that for the most part, we get it right.
My only small quibble would be that I believe Midnight Cowboy, Ordinary People, and How Green is My Valley should all be over 8's. Matter of fact, I would have Midnight Cowboy much higher.
Other than that, everything seems right to me.

He was extremely impressive as a mentally disabled kid in What’s Eating Gilbert Grape. Very believable.

Around The Departed, him and Titanic started gaining more respect. I know what you mean. I was in junior high when Titanic was in theatres, and there were girls in my grade who saw that damn movie 40 times just in the theatre, no exaggeration. Of course, I hated him out of jealousy, but when I was finally dragged into seeing the movie, I had to admit I couldn't hate it even though I wanted to.
