I think I have seen movies of Vincent Price (26 films) and James Stewart (25 films) more than movies of any other actor. Probably I have seen over 20 movies of Charlie Chaplin and Buster Keaton too but I need to check my IMDB ratings again to count the exact numbers.

I would imagine Tom Cruise is one of my top picks in that regard of re-watching.
but in terms of what random actors movies I have re-watched the most... I can't say with certainty. but I am sure all-in-all, Cruise is up there.
but in terms of how the OP appears to be measuring things... in terms of sheer volume of movies it might be someone else, but in terms of a percentage of movies I have seen of someone in acting of their filmography, who's been around for at least 30+ years, it's likely Tom Cruise as I have seen nearly all of his movies lacking a handful or so.
p.s. I can say no one has a better overall filmography than Tom Cruise as he's got the highest volume of movies among my favorite movies in general @ 12 movies (close to 13).

This is a tough question!! Mine would probably be Michael Caine since he’s been a supporting actor in so many different films - or Samuel L. Jackson for the same reason. As for leading actors, I’ve probably seen people like Bruce Willis or Tom Cruise the most. They both have series (sequels). Keanu Reeves has two series (Matrix and John Wick) that each have one more movie coming out. Maybe Harrison Ford. I’ve got actors who draw me into whatever they’re doing, like Denzel Washington, but I don’t think he’s made enough movies to be the one I’ve seen the most.

I love Michael Caine and have been watching some of his British spy movies from 60s and 70s. Must say he never disappoints. Absolutely brilliant in everything! I also love Ford. His thrillers and action movies are very entertaining. I wish he had done more of that stuff. I am not that big on Tom Cruise although it's not that I dislike him.

The Negotiator is a big favorite of mine. The Hitman’s Bodyguard is one of my favorites, too. Die Hard with a Vengeance is good, too.

Looking at their credits, looks like John Wayne himself, followed by Samuel L. Jackson.

Have you seen Ed and His Dead Mother? Cool, the same top two! I keep track of about 50 actors and i was actively seeking out just their films before i got distracted by a list containing all the oscar nominated films and my own list of all the films to enter the IMDB top 250. Yes, a very bizarre but still ok film

Humphrey Bogart - 36 Shintarô Katsu - 27 (the complete Zatôichi series + a couple of others) Edward G. Robinson - 24 haha...I just came back to post that I have seen the whole Zatoichi series so naturally my count for Shintaro Katsu is high but I see you mention him too.
My count for some other Japanese actors:
Tatsuya Nakadai 18 Toshiro Mifune 19 Takashi Shimura 18
