Rehash? It’s looking like the latter. Not expanding the world at all (saying they’re hasn’t been a ghost sighting for 30 years) and using the terror dogs and Slimer again

I liked what I saw in the teaser trailer, which was basically the first part of the film,... The part about a family, discovering the secret history of their relative, EGON, and his connections with "The Ghostbusters"...
It seems to be very "Down to Earth" and realistic... and I like that take on story telling.
I am not sure what to think abut how Ghosts haven't been seen for thirty years... Because that doesn't seem to gel with being realistic...
Ghosts should always be there or not...
But I do hope the rest of the film, doesn't change to a slapstick comedy...
I'd like to see the film deal with a real threat to humanity, with a serious tone... More like a horror movie.
Yeah, I know, that probably won't happen, but, one can only hope.
After the letdown of Ghostbusters (2016), I have high hopes for the new film...
Even if it isn't as good as the first Ghostbusters film, I truly believe it has to be better than Ghostbusters (2016).

You can already see that the British Armour is going to be on a hiding to nothing here. Such gallant men.

I don’t think it will be fan service , it doesn’t look at all like a ghostbusters movie, I also am not too sure it will be any good.

Probably just more forgettable instead of genuinely terrible. Didn't care for the trailers.
