Sweet memories: a few years back, Haagen-Dazs had a flavor called Bananas Foster, based on a flamed banana dessert which originated in New Orleans, I believe. Anyway, that stuff was spectacular. But it was so good it was dangerous: like diabetes and obesity in a little carton, lol.
Another one they had was Pralines and Cream - again, wickedly and dangerously good.
They've since retired those flavors. They still have a lot of good ones in their lineup, but those two I remember the most fondly. Maybe it's a good thing they're no longer available... I'd weigh 600 pounds by now if I kept eating that stuff, lol.
Here's a cool little site that shows all the retired Haagen-Dazs ice cream flavors:

Used to think Häagen-Dazs was some Dutch-German company, but they're from Brooklyn and founder Reuben Mattus just made up the name to sound and look that way.

Pralines and cream use to be one of my favorites, that and chocolate peanut butter. I eat very little ice cream now, if at all so haven't really noticed the flavors out there.

Carob flavor was what got me started on H-D ice cream - some 40 years ago.
Chocolate-Peanut Butter is my fave these days; occasionally some Pineapple-Coconut.
