I saw this for the first time in 20 years and it's still a good film. A Bill Paxton and Billy Bob Thornton thriller, great script and performances. Paxton is a laid back sheriff who has to face a naughty little secret from his past while he's investigating Thornton, this other guy and Thornton's chick (who had an affair with Paxton years earlier) who murdered a bunch of people in relation to drugs and are on the run. All of which culminates in a violent resolution. Or something like that. It's not very well known, and is a pleasant surprise with each watch, so check it out and if you have seen it, what did you think? Wiki

It is a good movie.
Billy Bob Thornton and Courtney B. Vance are a memorable as the villains.
Roger Ebert rated it 4/4 stars and it is on his 1992 Top 10 list.
