I'm mostly a chilled out person. Worrying and anxiety does no good to your health. I am glad that you are a chilled out person. Yes, I agree worrying does n good. Although for me it's not as simple as deciding whether I want to be a worrier or a chilled out person. It's an intrinsic part of personality. I am usually worried about negative national/ international/ family/ corporate/ personal matters. Not something I enjoy but not something I can just put away.

Worrier. I have Anxiety disorder. HUGS I've only had one 'episode' red I was shopping at Christmas time. My chest tightened with the crowds. My breathing was labored. I walked away from my basket and sat in the car. Eventually I could go back. I can't imagine living like this. All my best. HUGS I've always found Christmas time and New Year to be stressful. I've been taking medication for four years now. I don't get panic attacks, but there are multiple triggers and they do affect me. Thank you, enigma for your support and to the others who liked my earlier post.

Does the medicine help? HUGS It helps a lot. Four years ago I had insomnia. And I used to worry about my health a lot. Bad things still happen but I don't make a mountain out of a molehill anymore. The doctor has kept my dosage the same all these years. I'm much more grounded without putting any extra effort in mindfulness techniques.

Chill. Mid 50s and no grey, well a few in my beard, but I don't stress. This year is the closest I've come to stress in a long time.
