Somewhere in between. I run hot and cold. I think I let myself be affected by outside elements more than is wise. In the right conditions I can be totally chill, but I can also be gripped by anxiety when I feel I'm in some place that's uncomfortable.

My moods are kind of all over the place, but definitely somewhere in between with more chill. I usually worry more about things I have no control over and I try to let it go.

It varies with who I'm dealing with. Some folks are TOO chill and it makes me feel I have to worry and take care of things if they aren't even going to consider what they might have to prepare for (if that makes sense).

Somewhere in between. I used to be a worrier, but then I stopped caring.

Worrier. I have Anxiety disorder. HUGS I've only had one 'episode' red I was shopping at Christmas time. My chest tightened with the crowds. My breathing was labored. I walked away from my basket and sat in the car. Eventually I could go back. I can't imagine living like this. All my best. HUGS

Chilled. I refuse to stress out about things that aren't worth getting stressed over.

Both.
I worry constantly about little things that mostly never come to pass, but when true calamity strikes and outcomes are uncertain, worry goes out the window and I calmly focus on dealing with the crisis in whatever ways I can.

I'm mostly a chilled out person. Worrying and anxiety does no good to your health.

I don't know how I would have answered this question a couple of weeks ago. It would probably have been the same ... "between, closer to chilled." But, a recent experience reminded me just how serious worry can get.
My brother was under evacuation orders from one of the northern California fires. He stayed with me for 6 days, and we were pretty much consumed with media updates, on-line maps, weather reports, conversations with hotlines from the Sheriff's department, etc..
That was worry!
But, he's back home, and his region is out of danger from this fire. By comparison, I'm chilled now. And, I'm determined not to worry about October, when the usual fire season peaks. Be aware, and deal with it, when/if it happens.

depends on the situation, i guess. some things worry me a lot, other things not at all. so, i say i'm somewhere in between and right now tending towards chill.

I'm a worrier. If I don't have anything to worry about I worry about that.
