Cruel world!!
I saw a tv news segment about this.
Wish I could go to In and Out burger and have one.
Oh well.
My air is clean today! I'm grateful for that!

What makes them so special? Can you get whatever you want on them? I do not like ketchup, mustard, raw onions or tomatoes on my burgers. I like a burger with Swiss cheese, fried or caramelized onions, saute'd mushrooms and a little Miracle Whip or mayo \, Thousand Island or butter.

There's a chain in the South called The Cookout that has fresh ingredients, we love their hamburgers. I also like some of the hamburgers that come frozen, many of them taste good too. I haven't had a Big Mac since they went to fresh meat because I liked the taste of the old Big Mac.

They are good, but there aren't any locations that are very convenient to my home, or places that I frequent. I can't swear to Swiss cheese, but I would guess that you could have cooked onion/mushrooms. I like lots of dill pickles, and they're very accommodating on that. Also, I think the base of most Thousand Island dressing is mayo and ketchup. Relish, and chopped hard-boiled egg is a common additive. I often add crushed garlic, or herbs.

They are similar to Chik-Fil-A as they aim to please and have bible references on the bottom of their cups. You can get grilled onions, green chilis and pickles if you want. I don't know what the "spread" is, as I've never had it, but it has that orangish tint (thousand?). The cheese is just American. Also known for their shakes and fries. Animal style burger has everything and they have things like 4 patty cheeseburgers on their not so secret menu.

Tomorrow we're planning on having a Mushroom Swiss burger from Whataburger. I haven't had one in a long time. Several years ago the restaurant here in town had their Swiss mushroom burger voted number one in the state of Iowa by the Iowa beef Council. It is a good burger I've had it several times.
