I made up between Greek moussaka and Italian lasagna.
The layers were:
Lamb mince fried with onions in a red sauce and fresh herbs Bechemel Instant lasagna pasta sheets pre-fried eggplant and zucchini in olive oil (one could also had capsicum) cheeses for topping a mix of crumbled feta mozzarella and parmesan.

A good melding of dishes, Goz. I'm afraid that it sounds a bit too rich, for me.
