I get things from the Asian market and I'm often skeptical about their labeling compliance. I don't think it's nefarious. But you can often look at the sodium number and the ingredients and see that their number is impossible. Found a big one, which they should want to correct. I bought some terrific dried tea flower shiitake mushrooms for my beef stew, which came out fantastic. I read the label and my jaw hit the floor. 725 calories per serving! Quickly realized that's impossible. Based on the numbers, a serving has 4.5 calories from fat, 130.4 from carbs, and 51.4 from protein, so 186.3. They put the number of calories for the entire bag there.

Thank you for passing that on ... and, for the suggestion of dried tea flower shitakes. I'll look for them.
Last week I attended a virtual/"Zoom," olive oil tasting, which was offered by a local museum of Italian history and culture. I bought a can of the Olive Oil. It's direct from Italy, and obviously not widely distributed in the U.S.. Everything on the can is in Italian, and the legal nutrition label is a paper, glued to the side of the can.

255 is the maximum number of calories in an ounce (i.e. 100% fat). Not sure about liquids measured in fluid ounces. But it wouldn't be a liquid at room temperature.
