I've had mom's spaghetti.
She and her mom are Italian, so if I ever threw ketchup on my spaghetti I'd probably be disowned.

No, but I've had spaghetti with just butter and parmesan/Romano cheese and enjoyed it very much.

Could never bring myself to try that but I have had peanut butter on spaghetti. Similar to something they serve in Chinese restaurants. Not a bad combination.

I was inspired to do this by one of the cheaper items on the menu of a Chinese restaurant that I used to visit. It was erroneously called sesame noodles. Just a plate of cold lo mein with a few tablespoons of soy sauce and a small scoop of peanut butter on top.

Another thing to try is ketchup on toast and dressed up as a poor man's pizza. I recommend it!
