A cow's milk cheese from Wisconsin. Tried it today for the first time and it tasted really good. Unfortunately I had a mild reaction to it as my gums had a bit of an itch right after eating it.

I wouldn't mind trying the Espresso or Black Pepper flavoured varieties. Sounds tasty.

I guess it's proper name is BellaVitano Gold with the Sartori Company taking the original and producing flavoured varieties including the ones mentioned above. I really thought it was an Italian cheese.
Ate more today and I also melted some on garlic naan which I grilled on the barbeque. Melted and browned nicely.

The Cabot Farms cheddar is really good. So is KerryGold (from Ireland).
