I'm going Bryan and William Utay on this one, which feels not as strong as some previous years. Most of these were little 4-5 episode performances that did nothing for me and some of the people who appeared more I didn't really think did a great job. But Bryan's Bryan, and they've actually given Lucas a ton of material this year compared to recent years with all the Allie stuff. And Will Utay always does a great job as Rolf.
I know John Aniston is always a perennial winner, but lately it feels like for health reasons all he can do is sit in a chair and muscle out a few lines said without much emotion. He's a legend, and I'm happy to have Victor around for as long as John's health allows, but it feels like the latter years of Frances Reid as Alice, and as much as I loved her, I wouldn't have had her winning any awards for performance.
