It was a test screening. The people who posted their reactions on Reddit said it was good (and they don't seem to be biased towards DC movies). Doesn't sound like there's anything groundbreaking in it, but it's at least a fun movie with some good action and decent performances. Might be the first DCEU movie that's generally well-received, but we probably shouldn't expect the critical acclaim that Logan is getting.
All that said, these were just movie fans who were posting their thoughts. It's not necessarily indicative of how the critics will treat it.

I'm trying to manage my expectations. The critics seemed to enjoy giving MoS and BvS a beatdown (though I think the latter deserved it more than the former). And this doesn't qualify as positive CRITICAL buzz. It's just a few fans saying that it was pretty good.

Normally I don't care about others' opinions about movies, but the DCEU needs positive attention so I can keep getting more movies. It's good that Wonder Woman can break the negative streak.

We'll see. Some fans early on were also saying how awesome the other three DCEU flicks were. MOS got mixed critics' responses (though the audience reception was still decent), while BvS and SS were hated by critics and seen as divisive by audiences.

I don't believe anything in regards to test screenings reactions. I do think that Wonder Woman is the DCEU's best chance to be given good reviews and a fresh score on Rotten Tomatoes. I personally don't care about Rotten Tomatoes but I know a lot of people rely on it. But I think WW has the best chance because it's really the first big female lead super hero film of it's kind. I don't think there will be people comparing it an MCU counter part. Also I think there may be some critics who will be afraid of the feminist backlash they'd receive from giving it a bad review. I never saw the Ghostbuster remakes but a lot of people seem to use that as an example here. I personally think WW will end up around 65% Fresh. That people can take however they want.

That people can take however they want. i think the difference between ghostbusters and WW is that WW is not pushing an agenda, the film is what it is, a film about wonder woman. it's simply a film with a female lead, like ghost in the shell, like lucy, like don't breathe, like the witch, films that are just good ........except for lucy, that movie is not great and none of these films went out of their way to say, "if you don't like this you're a sexist troll" or that men are inferior/women are superior, and i bet you that the vast majority of critics (or audiences) weren't even thinking about that as they watched and wrote their reviews. ghostbusters pulled that card because they took a coward's way out, placing the blame on everyone else rather than the product, which planted that fear, guilt, shame in the critics effecting how they would critique that dumb mediocre film. now they don't have to say "we made a pos," but all they need to say is "we made a film, and we love it, but we did the best we could" now if wonder woman fails they might pull out that card, but i hope wb and everyone involved has observed the terrible response when doing that, and avoid such actions, because no one enjoys being labeled as "whatever" because of a basic preference.

brownstones yeah I see where you're coming from with those others films and the comparison I had originally made to what Ghostbusters was doing. I still do think that because this is really the first big female lead superhero movie we're bound to get those accusations from either feminists or die hard DC fans who can't accept that their films are bad in reply to anyone who gives it a bad review. I certainly hope not but honestly you can't expect people to handle themselves in a mature manner anymore these days so I just feel like it's inevitable.

MoS, BvS and SS also gotten good reactions from test screenings as well. So I don't trust anything until the actual critic reviews arrive.

I agree with the above comment. There has also been rumors floating around that inside sources say it's a mess. I don't pay attention to all the noise. Everything will be determined come June.

I have always found Marvel to be the more "professional" brand, who knew what to do with their product. All you have to do is look as the vast number of recognizable events in Marvel and far deeper roster of recognizable characters, who were known even before this current run of films.
However there is no excuse what WB has done to DC.
Marvel is now taking a lot of risks, but they were smart and took their time setting up somewhat simple but solid films leading to Avengers and it was a massive success.
WB's attempt to push DC in your face has been so mishandled, it is one of the worst disasters you can name. Massive critical backlash, massive audience derision, and several scenes that were so heavily mocked they have names.
They really really really need somebody who can organize their brand and just restart it. There is no need to leave the mess they have already made as an anchor on the future of the franchise. But they are so desperate to "catch up" to Marvel, they won't do it.

I'm going to dubious of this until I hear word of mouth from the official release.

That's lovely and all but I've heard that before. Still, it'd be nice if it were true.
