Anyone see the finale of season two? Wow wow!! I geeked out and nearly cried too. Goddamn I love Baby Yoda. Cutest thing ever. How many episodes was Season 2? From what you are saying I am guessing I still haven't seen the last episode. The last episode I watched Gogu was captive - is there an episode after that? There are 8 episodes and judging by the description of the last episode you saw, I think you are missing the last two.

Very satisfying ending. I didn't see that coming. I've been talking about it for the last two hours. There's a lot to unpack, especially the end credit scene. I havent watched any of it since Episode 5 first season, but the net was crazy full of spoilers about the new Book of Boba Fett coming next year. I never saw the appeal of the character

more fan service, fanboys eat it up. I prefer they move on. With things like the midichlorians(so?)? I think this show is great.

It got a little repetitive this season - like a basic RPG: you meet an NPS, do a side-quest, get a tip to continue your main quest, rinse and repeat.

Saw it last night.
Bad CGI aside, it was amazing.
The whole season has been top notch.
Mandalorian and The Crown vying for my favorite show of the year. Pretty weird.

Can Mando S3 dynamic be good, without the kid being a major part, i think he sits out next season I was thinking the plot was becoming redundant. They kept it interesting of course but the notion that the show was largely about him protecting baby Yoda seems tiresome.

I was 17 when the first movie came out so then Lucas was all pushing Fett like he was something big, but he really didnt do crap to speak of in the 2 movies. Preview of the prequels. Lucas made one of THE movie villains, & THAT was his backstory? Immature crybaby?

Lot of people want Sebatian Stan to play a younger Luke, but they don't do that anymore. I understand it doesnt sound like Hamill tho.

I think it’s his actual voice but the image was video game level. Disney uses this tech more than anyone, so I was shocked at how bad it was. His arrival was still great though and I was thinking he would be the only Jedi around so it made sense he would be the one that gets the signal. I hope that’s all the Skywalker we get.

I finished the season - I cried when Gogu was taken from Mando, and I'm a little confused. The Jedi is Luke Skywalker? If so, how is it that Yoda is still a child, and how can it be Luke that teaches Yoda when it was the other way around in the films?

It was nice to see Jedi Master Skywalker in live action, unfazed by any enemy.

The events of "The Mandalorian" take place after the end of "The Return of the Jedi". Darth Vader is dead, the emperor is dead, and so is Yoda.

I wasn't sure of the timeline of The Mandalorian, so now it makes sense.

Separate from The Mandalorian. Crap... gotta go back and watch that. Had to get out the door this morning so shut it off right when credits started to roll... and guess I will read no further till I do .
