Good luck with that. I'd like to learn how to make different variations on goulash.

Become adept at baking bread. I've been down this path, before. A couple of years ago, the unbleached flour that I bought to create my "starter," led to a severe moth infestation. "Try, try, again."

Eat more superfoods.
Recently, I've been adding Aronia Berry powder to this and that, eating about 2 tbsp/day, and it seems to be helping my joint pain (from osteoarthritis). Sadly, it seems that others are as well since the price has tripled in the past month.

I have just purchased a commercial grade 'juicer'. NOT one of those nutribullet things that are a waste of space, and not a cheapy that is difficult to clean.
I intend to juice fruit and vegetable adding the leftover waste to my compost.
My fave combination is carrot beetrot celery ginger(fresh) apple orange pineapple watermelon and berries.
What brought this on was when I purchased this drink at my local cafe and it cost $7.50.
I am hoping that I ( and my family) wll be healthier and that the $250 investment will be worthwhile.
