Do you know of some posters that you can guess its them just based on the title of their thread?
My “collection” includes about 7 people who are unique/set in their ways (depending how u look at it) enough that I can identify them just by the title of the post.
Do you ever play that game also? Guessing the creator of a thread before looking?
Each has a “tell”. If you feel you might be one of those unique ones, do you know what your tell is? In a way we all have one.

I wonder if posters would be interested to learn what their “tell” is... ideally we could make a chart of everybodys presumed and identified tells and crossreference and identify selfwareness and predictability etc . Would love to play that kind of game/ work on such task. But people would have to kinda agree to stay civil and scientific as opposed to cruel and trolling... |

Darkpast for the most up to date movie and political news, usually of a controversial nature. Politicidal for general movie news and updates. And mstreepsucks for the unique use of punctuation. |

I can always tell ebony's and ABBEY's and hi's.
Sometimes I'll see a title in politics and say to myself the OP is either jeffersoncody, embers or that old fool Paulslaugh.
And it turns out to always be the case it is indeed one of those three.

I can instantly spot an ebony/AnthonyRocks/darksidebeadle thread. I can usually smell mstreepsucks as well. smell 😂😂 isnt AnthonyRocks long gone? Last I checked he was just quarantined to the Soapbox, partly because of the sameness of his threads.

That would be interesting, but yes, you'd need to have everyone's co-operation for it to remain civil and respectful.

I was exaggerating/joking a little. I probably start more threads on Film General, than here. My thread titles are usually pretty generically formatted and I probably don't start enough for anything to be noticeable. I don't use the mobile version, but there's a few posters I'm pretty sure I'd know.
