Share your thoughts on Captain America: Civil War. I rate this one 10. Definetly one of the best MCU films. It was action packed, political, funny and clever, all amazingly merged into one.

8/10 really good movie with some very emotional moments. Both Iron Man and Captain America were great. Zemo's plot was a bit too convenient for me to be completely convincing. A few character motivations and plot directions didn't make that much sense, but I really enjoyed it and the airport scene is one of the best MCU scenes to date. I agree with you that it's one of the best MCU films.

among the better, but not the best, of the MCU. actually a bit of a disappointment after the brilliant Winter Soldier.
i love Spider-Holland.

Amazing superheroe fight, great Spiderman, but the story wasn't really that great. We already had a Bucky movie, a lot of elements were already brought with Winter Soldier.
Still an 8 for me. Captain America is a very strong series.

Yikes. 6.5/10 average thus far. I thought this was regarded as one of the MCU's best...

Yikes. 6.5/10 average thus far. I thought this was regarded as one of the MCU's best... Those three one votes does bring down the score quite a bit. No idea why or who gave those votes, it's too harsh. Even if you don't care for the genre, it's too low. The movie is well made, good visuals, decent enough story. Wait for more votes, the average will go up.

8/10. i'm one of the few that think the airport scene doesn't fit the overall tone on the movie. it's a great scene to watch separately

His motives were simple, but very believable. And using the avengers against themselves was a genius move tactically.

9/10. It could have easily been Avengers 2.5.

9/10 for me, too. They handled the multiple characters beautifully.

Pretty clever and I like th way he took advantage of past events for his plan as well.

I agree with you that the idea of turning the Avengers against each other was very good and defintely different than the regular super villain plan. It's just that the details about the functioning of his plan aren't really convincing and rely more on coincedence than actual planning, just like Javier Bardem's character's plan in Skyfall (I really enjoyed Skyfall btw). It's just a small nitpick and it didn't make me like the movie less. I really enjoyed the movie overall.

It's just a small nitpick and it didn't make me like the movie less. I really enjoyed the movie overall. what details? Here are a few points. I'm not trying to hate on the movie, it's one of my favorite MCU movies and the Captain America trilogy is my favorite MCU series of movies (others being Iron Man & Thor for example). If you can explain some of these things to me I'd be very happy. - Did Zemo actually decrypt millions of pages to find the identity of the Winter Soldier? It seems a bit of a stretch that he has done all of that himself. I think he said something like 'Much of it encrypted, not easy to decipher, but... I have experience... and patience. A man can do anything if he has those.' - How did Zemo know that what happened in Sokovia and New York would lead to a disagreement between Captain America and Iron Man that set the basis voor their eventual fight? If they didn't start fighting over Bucky and his protection after the bombing of the Sovokia Accords none of his further plan would've probably worked. - How did Zemo know that Iron Man would capture Bucky and that Bucky wouldn't escape or die during the events? If that happened his whole plan wouldn't have worked. It seems like a really big risk to take. - Why would Hydra keep a tape of one of their top secret missions (Bucky killing iron Man's parents) that they don't want anyone else to know about? - Aside from Zemo, why did Black Widow team up with Iron Man instead of Captain America? I know she had her reasons, but she also has a really good relationship with both Captain America and Hawkeye.

Why are the ratings upside down? Usually 10 is at the top. Is someone trying to fool people into giving it a lower score?
