So far, I think Michael Caine was probably the best Alfred but Michael Gough is my personal favorite of these three. But still, I had to cast my vote for Caine.

Caine because he's really the only one that feels like Alfred. Irons was not very good. He just seemed to be playing himself and that's not good for Alfred.

I loved Caine, however I thought there was better chemistry between Irons and Affleck. Alfred and Bruce need chemistry, so my vote is in favor of Jeremy Irons.
