It's supposed to start filming in late 2022.

I really hope this one is true.
It’ll be interesting to see how they reverse the Professor Hulk thing without feeling like a deliberate narrative regression.

"....In an interview with Variety, Ruffalo revealed what he would like to see of the Hulk's story following the reveal at the end of the latest She-Hulk: Attorney At Law episode. The actor is not quite sure what the tease is meant but did say he could see it leading to some type of Planet Hulk or World War Hulk storyline." screenrant.com/world-war-hulk-mcu-movie-mark-ruffalo-response/

Ok but as I’ve said before I hope it has real consequences, not like in the comic. If Hulk has a kill list upon his return to Earth then make the deaths real. Give us something legendary after years of fluff. Let him kill Black Bolt at least.
Also I like the Sentry so hopefully he features.

I'm not sure how that would work in this universe since there's no reason to launch the Hulk into space. And they kind of sort of did Planet Hulk in Thor: Ragnarok.
I feel like the Hulk has got the shaft in the MCU. I wish he'd had more individual films.

After watching episode two I do feel like they are setting this up. D23 is coming up soon in September, so I guess we'll see if we get a official announcement or not.

I'm sure Marvel would have loved to made another stand-alone Hulk with Ruffalo as the lead.

"...The Cosmic Circus can report that Shadowstone Productions LLC is a Marvel Studios production. Additionally, per our sources, we can confirm that this production will be a theatrically released film instead of a Disney+ project or a Special Presentation. The name Shadowstone is a mineral that exists in Marvel Comics lore. Some of our wonderful Discord members deduced a while back that Shadow-Stone was the material used in the ship that brought the group known as the Warbound to Earth. In Marvel Comics, the Warbound were a group of refugees from the planet of Sakaar, led by the Hulk during the events of World War Hulk, in an attempt to take revenge against the Illuminati for exiling him from Earth. This shadowstone reference serves as very strong evidence for a potential World War Hulk movie, a project that has been rumored to be in development for years. And Marvel seems to be already bringing key characters from the World War Hulk storyline into the MCU foreground, such as Skaar, Hulk’s son born on the planet Sakaar. How exactly Marvel Studios plans to tell this story remains to be seen given the current debacle over the rights to the Hulk character held by Universal. In a report by The Wrap, Marvel Studios producer Nate Moore discussed how the rights to the character Namor, also owned by Universal, had to be borrowed for the latest Marvel studios film, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. A similar situation could be unfolding for Hulk and his potential World War Hulk film. It is possible that a deal could have been worked out behind the scenes to finally bring this project to light after many rumors over the years. After all, if Sony and Marvel managed to work out the rights for Spider-Man and his solo MCU adventures, the same could be done for Universal and Marvel Studios." www.thecosmiccircus.com/first-report-shadowstone-productions-llc-confirmed-as-marvel/

Well, that never happened. It sucks they just don't know what to do with the Hulk. WWH would be great. Agreed with consequences too, but from my perspective I wanna see it after Hulk is stopped. The heroes have gotten away with too much in Phase 4. Bucky and Sam breaking Zemo out of prison, Strange casually erasing millions of people's minds, Wanda holding a town hostage and torturing them (and later killing people).... If Hulk loses it, he needs to PAY. WWH combined with the things I just mentioned could actually be a nice lead into Civil War II.

WWH would be good, but it is supposed to be preceded by Planet Hulk, which shouldn’t have been shunted into Thor: Ragnorok. They would just have to find a different reason for him losing control. His kid is involved now, so it could loosely tie into Planet Hulk/Ragnorak. Maybe his kid gets hurt - he thinks killed - and Banner reverts to Savage Hulk. Or possibly involve Wanda. He is not fan of her because of what she did to him and she's a villain at this point. Maybe a combination of these two ideas.
I am still soooo disappointed with how he hasn't been normal Hulk for so long and wasn't included in the End Game battle. Love Infinity War and End Game, but the Russos did him dirty. He should have gotten to fight Thanos.
