I have to comment on this movie. The movie takes place during WWII and a women comes aboard a flight mission at the last minute carrying a package that she claims is top secret and the male crew is very suspicious of her. It then gets strange and involves a gremlin (think the famous Twilight Zone episode "Nightmare at 20,000 Feet") that is attacking the plane. This movie has a 4.9/10 on IMDB, but is well-reviewed by critics. I have a feeling that it has as low as it does on IMDB because of "woke" themes and it is quite heavy handed about it. I don't have an issue with most of the themes and how they are handled (as heavy handed as they are), because the movie is well-made and original, at least for the first 2/3. The last 3rd of the movie is absolutely ludicrous though and becomes a mess, sometimes reaching levels of unintentional hilarity. The movie is surreal, has great atmosphere, is definitely original, has some interesting metaphors, a good score and has a compelling performance from Chloe Grace Moretz. 6/10

2/10 I just thought it was dumb. Chloe Grace Moretz is the only plus.

2/10 I just thought it was dumb. Chloe Grace Moretz is the only plus. I thought it was entertaining and interesting for the most part, even if logic needs to be put aside for a lot of it. It gets a lot dumber in the last 30 minutes or so, but still remains entertaining and interesting at the same time.

I thought part of the movie was ridiculous, and some parts of it was so stupid
But i still thought the movie was ok and i did enjoy watching it.
Chloe Moretz was the best thing about the movie.
5/10

I loved the film. It is ridiculous with it's occasional Fast & Furious laws of physics. I thought the idea of her being attacked from within and without was quite interesting. Not one of the best films I've seen this year but certainly one of the most entertaining.

Had they stuck with what was presented as her mission and keep the things happening the same way from there, rather than what she actually had going on (basically cut the drama out of it and stick with action), it would have been much better no matter how unreal some of the things were.
4/10

I loved the film. It is ridiculous with it's occasional Fast & Furious laws of physics. I thought the idea of her being attacked from within and without was quite interesting. Not one of the best films I've seen this year but certainly one of the most entertaining. The scene where she falls out of the plane and then the Japanese plane below her blows up and the explosion throws her back up into the plane is so ridiculous it is kind of awesome. I laughed at that part. Even though I was entertained by that, it takes me out of the movie and it feels like the movie changes from what it was to something else and I don't like what it becomes. It turns from a horror movie into a ridiculous action movie and some of the drama is laughable, like when the guy proposes to her on the beach at the end. It is just awkward, not dramatic.
