So if pork is cooked at a low temperature until it can be pulled apart, then why isn't there...
pulled beef? pulled turkey? pulled chicken? pulled duck? pulled lamb? etc?

There are all the other pulled meats. In France the pulled duck is canard confit, great dish. Slow cooked beef or lamb, I have tasted it.

We have something called Tjรคlknรถl (ruffly translated into frozen lump), it is when you cook a frozen piece of meat at a low heat (like 70-100 degrees C)for hours and hours, and then put it into a brine when it is done and let it soak. For that you can use any meat, traditionally it would be moose, but I have made it with salmon also.
So yes, you could probably make pulled meat out of anything.
