Leonard Cohen: previously unpublished novel to be released

I wonder if this will turn out to be another case of a writer not wanting what he/she felt was inferior work to be published, but greedy sorts stepped in posthumously and ignored the author's wishes for the sake of sales.

OTH, it might turn out to be another hoax, rather along the lines of what the unpublished Salinger works seem to have turned out to be.
