Do you think Jeanie Buss (Owner of the Los Angeles Lakers) made a Smart Decision today by firing Mitch Kupchak as General Manager and Jim Buss (her own brother) as President Of Basketball Operations and then replacing him with Magic Johnson.....YES or NO ?
