The modern Sahara, though, is not lush in vegetation, except in the Nile Valley, at a few oases, and in the northern highlands, where Mediterranean plants such as the olive tree are found to grow. It was long believed that the region had been this way since about 1600 BCE, after shifts in Earth's axis increased temperatures and decreased precipitation, which led to the abrupt desertification of North Africa about 5,400 years ago.

Now, I've been learning about historical events written by ancient cultures, watching many documentary shows, and keeping mental notes about specifics and dates... And for anyone else that has done this, it becomes clear, that our history books are seriously out of date and obsolete, and several new chapters need to be added to the beginning of our history books... "Modern" civilization goes much further back in time, then most of us have been taught to believe... Dating back to several 10s of thousands of years, and perhaps even more...
And for some skeptics, that may NOT be hard to accept... Especially since some recent discoveries in the last couple of decades have proven such ideas to be quite possible and even true in some cases...
But if this more recent event is true... It's really mindboggling, and hard to understand how we don't know about it, and how such "official" lies could last for so long...
What happened 500 Years ago?
OK. So, I have to admit, that many modern maps (and books) frequently reference earlier ones... and so, the Sahara "Desert" may not really be 500 years as the video is suggesting... That may just be the published dates, and everyone just assumed the earlier maps were still true...
However, this was at a time, that we credit, with all the global explorers... such as Christopher Columbus, and Magellan, and so on...
So WTF?
These explorers were travelling all over the Globe, looking to "Discover" new lands... and yet, didn't know that the Northern part of Africa was a "Desert"?... A part of the Globe that was well known, or was supposed to have been?
Something's not adding up here...
Either... These Explorers and Map Makers were unbelievably so out of touch with reality... or... our modern history is totally BS and something has been covered up for some kind of an agenda...
Yeah, I know that sounds crazy...
But we know for a fact, that many of our ancient map makers were incredibly accurate and were very knowledgeable... to think otherwise, that's crazy!
So... let's assume for a minute... that the Sahara "Desert" IS only 500 years old...
What happened back then that could have changed the Northern part of Africa so drastically, and so rapidly... And why does no one know about it?
If we can't trust our history from 500 years ago...
Then what else can't we trust, that came before that?
Every day, new discoveries are made, and new facts emerge... that show our historians are full of BS...
It's time to admit, that everything we knew, is wrong or outdated... and it's time to rewrite our history books from scratch...
Hopefully starting with such oddities concerning our modern history...
Lost ancient history or incorrect knowledge from Pre-Flood(s) that happened 12,000 years ago, is understandable... But this? How could EVERYONE, 500 years ago or Today, be so wrong?
