If you play a system that plays nes games. Using a av cable on a crt. And if you play the original nes on a crt.
I assume that the second one, would look better? But is there a noticeable difference between those two things.

Depends on the system - some are developed with crts in mind, some with flatscreens and will upscale the graphics accordingly

OH yea, I forgot to mention. I was talking about a retro system, that only has AV output. The retroN, which is shaped like square. But I'm saying, obviously the nes only has the cord to plug into a television.Not av.

I think one of the Famicom systems had a/v out, but I'm not certain.
I use a modified a/v cable for my front loader NES, as it does have a/v output on the side (though only one jack for audio). Found it on Ebay a long time ago. It splits the audio for "stereo" sound, too. Pretty neat.
I'm also an advocate for using CRTs when playing older systems.
