Cool video, seems a bit older and slightly out of date. Going from memory: Damascus steel has been rediscovered, someone figured it out a few years ago.
The Antikythera machine is understood, it's a cleverly made gizmo that did lots of things, poorly. According to the scientists who figured it out, it was possibly made to show off some artisan's skill or as a gift because they already had easier ways to do the stuff it did.
Greek Fire is probably a myth, a rumor started to scare enemies.
There was no nuclear war in ancient times. The level of technology required for that would be impossible to hide in the archaeological record.
He said the Roman cup may have been used to detect liquids ... I think that was a typo in the script, lol. Maybe he meant, detect poisons, or hold liquids, although the latter seems obvious since it is a cup.
There are lots of interesting little mysteries that no one has figured out yet because no one has been willing to pay someone to figure it out. Many of them have to be solved through trial and error, eventually you solve the same problems the same way.
