As a leader.
For those of you who consider yourselves leaders or are/ have been in leadership position, what are the three words you believe your team members/ reports/ those who you lead would use to describe you?
Apparently this is a very common question at interviews.
I was asked this twice recently.
Today I said “approachable, supportive, trustworthy”.
Could have said “trusting” also. And “passionate”. But chose those three as they just came to my mind.
There is other words to consider of course, like “having a vision” or “fair” or “determined” “motivating” “patient” “reliable” and one can go on and on….
What would you say your people would say about you?
And was a negative supposed to be involved also? Hmm…

Unreliable, quiet, soft.
Leadership isn't my strong suit.

Unreliable, quiet, soft. Leadership isn't my strong suit. would u really say that at an interview though? If I had to talk about my weaknesses, maybe but I would try to downplay it like saying "I'm more of a follower..."
