So, definitely:
Are Wolverine's "wolf-like" hair part of his mutation, in the movieverse? From the Fox movies to the upcoming Deadpool 3.
For instance, we can see Wolverine with very long hair in The Wolverine and Apocalypse. So it seems that, when he lets his hair grow normally, they kinda lose the "wolf-like" shape. Right?
On the other hand, in Origins he had his hair longer than usual, and the "wolf-like" shape was barely visible. Less or more.
So: does movie Wolverine style his hair that way, or it's part of his mutation?

No, he's just big into hair styling. It's why he and Beast had similar hairdos in the 80s and 90s.
