I love tuna on sandwiches and salads.
But I put too much mayonnaise to be healthy
So I looked for alternatives.
The taco sauce packages make a can of tuna delicious
About 1/4 the package per can.
Lots of sodium but less fat

Or maybe some plain yogurt?

I only like it plain or raw as in sushi. That and also grilled ahi tuna steak, rare. That overcooked canned stuff is gross.

I only like it plain or raw as in sushi. I agree that the best use for tuna is raw in sushi/sashimi. As long as it is perfectly fresh.

Why do we call it tuna fish? We don't call it salmon fish. We don't say halibut fish. Haddock fish. Mackerel fish. Ahi fish. Trout fish.
Maybe when we have catfish we're really eating cat.
