No. Maybe least interesting.

I still think the first two prequels were worse, maybe Rise of Skywalker as well.

Attack of the Clones for me.

The Last Jedi.
Solo as a film proper is fairly good; saddled with its SW lore, it doesn't live up.

No, the worst Star Wars film is Phantom Menace. STILL.

It is pretty dull, but I have seen worse from the property.

Second worst for me. Rise of Skywalker is my least favorite.

No, while it was somewhat bland it at least felt like a Star Wars movie.

I can barely remember it, like the prequels, but that might be true.

Let’s try to approach the answer to this question a little more objectively…
Here’s a short list of Star Wars films often mentioned as the worst in the franchise:
The Phantom Menace Attack of the Clones The Last Jedi Solo: A Star Wars Story The Rise of Skywalker
(Honorable mention goes to The Return of the Jedi and The Force Awakens, as they also get mentioned in this conversation but still not quite on the same level)
If I have to look at the list of these 5 movies, Solo may be the least memorable. And if that’s your predominant criteria then it could be called the worst. But least memorable doesn’t necessarily mean the worst, because a film could be more memorable for bad reasons.
And when I look at this list, some of these other films have more potent issues than how memorable they were or weren’t. So I would say no, it’s not the worst Star Wars movie.
And I agree with some of the other comments other posters made against it being the worst Star Wars film.

Attack Of Clones wasn't good but exceptions were low after TPM
The Last Jedi was another most disappointing , plus ruined Luke, it was well directed but garbage script
Solo is just mediocrity and unnecessary
The Rise of Skywalker was just a movie, wasn't expecting much after TLJ , but had fun cause didn't care anymore, JJ tried to fit 2 movies in here to redo his trilogy in a somewhat messy way

Yes, in a toss-up with The Phantom Menace. Both were incredibly dull.

Solo may be the least memorable. That's probably it. There's simply no heft to it for me. Even the villain's plot gives the crew a second shot at succeeding... all that Paul Bettany stuff, with due respect to the actor, is mailed-in evil fluff. It feels empty or vacant at times, as if the stakes couldn't be lower. TLJ, ROS, & TPM are below Solo for me, & not close either... yet that doesn't make Solo a 'bad' film.

It's been years now since I abandoned TPM. It's entirely needless. My canon viewing is RO-SW-AOTC-ROTS-ESB-ROTJ.
