I just got an email from Publix that I can have a free bar cake this month since its my Birthday month!!! Yeah!!! I'm going to pick up a red velvet bar cake and have one slice - WKD will devour the rest. Publix has the best red velvet cake, in fact all their cakes are very good, I think the secret in in their icing. I also have enough points to get $3.00 off my groceries this week. Jackpot! Every dollar helps. I love Publix I hope they have some good Bogos this week, I always stock up.

Our internet was down for three weeks, so I wasn't around for awhile. Doubt if anyone noticed. :-P

I noticed but I thought you were just taking a break. Glad everything is fixed. I woke up at 2:00am to the sound of dripping water, our hot water heater broke and since its in the attic, I can't get there to turn it off so my ceilings are getting wetter and wetter. I'm waiting for the plumber tostart the day and hopefully someone will come over and turn it off. |

Publix Red Velvet cake is the best. Publix is known for its delicious cakes, the icing is wonderful and not made out of lard. Walmart also has good cake but the icing isn't very good on their cakes. |

Publix uses shortening, Walmart Bettercreme(tub) which is non dairy and made with cornysyrup & HVO. |
