Any fans? I love the ones I get in some of my local Chinese restaurants...... just wish I could easily duplicate them at home. The frozen ones I've bought don't always turn out that great. The oven method - baking on high heat - is so-so... Deep-frying them seems to give me the crispiest crust on them, but deep-frying can be a messy hassle for what's essentially a glorified snack.

I like chicken or pork egg rolls, can't have the shrimp ones. I just get them from the local Chinese place, I only eat 1/2 because its on the list of foods I shouldn't be eating but once in a while doesn't hurt.

I like both, but the spring rolls are always 'lighter'. They really do have to be deep fried for the best results.

I like them. Used to only have the fried egg rolls at Chinese restaurants, then the soft white spring rolls. The only thing similar I get frozen are pot stickers.
