I wonder if this is real, or if it's an attempt to carve out a YouTube niche ... or to get a "rise" out of vegetarians.
I'm no vegetarian, and enjoy lots of meat and dairy. But, the dishes that she was shown to be preparing would have a very high fat content, while she claims to have lost weight, and increased energy level. I don't know if there is any meat product that digests as fiber.
Also, I love the freshness of fruits and vegetables. And, "veggers," can get protein from legumes, and other things from the plant world, so they're more apt to be able to cover all bases.
Maybe, it's perfectly legit. But, if I had to go to one extreme, I'd go veggie. Fortunately, I don't have to.
