I posted this the other day, but I think it was illegally shot in a theater and the video was pulled down. Looks like they've released it officially now.
Not too much here. I doubt this will actually be part of the movie, which is interesting that they're putting that kind of money into this. It's not small cost to shoot something like this just for a teaser.
I'm sure I'll see this. I found the others fine enough. The second movie is memorable, if nothing else. And I tend to watch every Christmas horror movie anyway and that's a fun exploitation movie choice to add to the mix.
Whatever else you wanna say about this guy (and lots of things have been said about him) Damien Leone and his DP and post crew do a good job at getting their digital photography to look like film. The color grading is kinda perfect, and whatever film grain effect they are doing in post production looks natural. It really gives these movies a filmic horror movie look from the era they are trying to evoke.

I was going to post this in the other thread to show a higher quality version, but the handheld version was taken down due to copyright on my end. So might as well start a new thread for Terrifier 3 itself rather than build on the T2 one. I have to wonder if this scene will be featured in the film either, just looks like something shot for the teaser. I may be out of the loop, is Leone having rumours spread about him or something?

No, no rumors, just criticism from people who don't like the movies. That's what I meant. For all of the issues people have with the content of these movies, the visual quality of the aesthetic is solid. Lots of more professional and more expensive productions can't make their digital stuff look like film, so I have to give him credit for that.

It looks delightfully creepy. And I like the vibe of the Teaser. In fact I'm pretty much always for more Holiday horror. But I get that it (and these movies) are an acquired taste. I am curious how they'll take the Story with Sienna etc.

I am curious how they'll take the Story with Sienna etc. I believe Leone has already said he intends to make this one shorter and faster, so I wonder how much more the plot will develop. If this takes place in the same year then this girl has just lost her mother and all of her friends and it's unlikely that she's gonna have a cozy Christmas at home. He seems to really listen to and take criticism to heart.. at least the constructive criticism. After people complained that the first had no story at all he tried to come up with a real hero and made a movie that was way too long, and now that everyone complained that the second movie was too long he has said he will make this next one shorter and faster. I don't know if that's smart or if it's smart and commendable that he listens to the audience, or if it's lame that he lets the audience just dictate what he's going to do.

No surprise. Obviously they wanted to do more with her, and I don't think she's doing too much more high profile stuff.

They should bring him back for the new Final Destination. He'd definitely do it. "This reminds me of a case I never solved 24 years ago!"
