It makes much more sense to buy fish, instead of weed?
You go ahead and buy fish, it could potentially make you smarter. On the other hand if you buy weed, it's gonna make you more dumb.
Another thing, buying fish is good because it could potentially make you re evaluate buying things you don't need. And then make you not buy them anymore.
But, smoking weed, will just get you addicted to it. And only lead you to buying more weed.
