Although I don't feel it's the greatest TV show ever made like a lof of critics, nor treat every episode like it's some masterpiece, I do find this to be a very good show overall with top acting, strong writing, solid drama, etc. The earlier seasons are better than the later seasons even though all the seasons are good. It was a show that really forever changed the course of HBO into a prestigious TV show cable network.
