"I could care less "
when what they MEAN is :
"I could NOT care less"
This one is very much like the 360/180 one.

"To make a long story short" is almost invariably said after a short story has been stretched to its limits.

People who use the words "hate" and "fascist" against everyone, then use hateful and fascist actions to shut down anyone they disagree with.

The use of "RACE" when actually referring to "ETHNICITY".
The use of "race" as a divider and categorizer at all when it comes to that. Human RACE <full stop>
What I found on the subject:
Ethnicity vs. race People of the same race share genetically transmitted physical characteristics. People of the same ethnicity share cultural, linguistic, religious, and often racial characteristics.
Ethnicity is broader and more useful. Racial classifications have often been imposed by outsiders, and many of the traditional classifications are now regarded as questionable from a scientific standpoint. As a result, race is more vague and less intellectually sound than ethnicity. Of course, in real-world usage, race is usually just a polite term for skin color. Both words require caution. When used imprecisely, they tend to betray cultural biases.
Spanish Race ? When was the last time we read about the Lichtensteiner Race ?

SJW alpha/beta #__________ It is what it is Triggered "Alleged": TV news or newspapers use the word when talking about someone that has committed a crime, and everybody knows they are guilty as sin. "Appropriation" when used as in 'cultural appropriation' if someone dares to wear something, or say something that a white person obviously shouldn't be saying because they are white and have no idea of the suffering that brown/black/orange/grey/purple people have gone through. Edit: by the way, I'm not white.

Even if a smoking gun or bloody knife has been taken out of the perpetrators hand they have to say ALLEGED. It's that old "innocent until proven guilty in a court of law" thingy.

"Crushed it!" can be sometimes annoying. ok .. what does that one mean ? I know I could / should google it but .... It means you did well. For example, there was a commercial last year where a guy meets up with some friends after having a job interview or something. He smiles and says: "Crushed it." ...I've only heard the term the past couple of years, so it's relatively new. But it appears to have seeped into pop culture, as I've heard it on shows like American Idol, the Pitch Perfect movies, the commercial I mentioned, etc.

Where I am, "for sure" is the latest thing to say, and it grates on me. A simple "yes" no longer cuts the mustard (another odd, though not for me annoying, expression), I suppose. "Bill, are you going to the fancy restaurant?" "Oh, for sure. Did you watch last night's episode, Mary?" "For sure. I..." Errrr!

I sure seem to have a buncha peeves BUT : This one is internet not "real life : People sometimes complain about the "overuse of emoticons". How better can one express the level of humor, anger, boredon etc. without using either a wall of words or some sort of profanity ? "Kidding Sarcasm" without a smiley is just sarcasm. "Banter" between friends is often seen as a tooth and nail knock down drag out fight to the death between mortal enemies. Any poor fool who steps in and tries to separate the combatants is told to "butt out" and often becomes the target of both. Personally, I like the smileys and enjoy picking out the right one to go with what I am trying to say. Too bad the little fellers are so small!

The word "literally" (which 9 times out of 10 is being used incorrectly). This is, literally, so true.

..."Did you find what you were looking for ?" At the checkout line, every checkout line, everywhere. For me when at the checkout line with large items or more than just a handful of items "Would you like a bag?"
