Usually the endings more than anything, but what are some that just leave you wondering what the point of that was? Spoilers obviously.
Bread Crumbs. Okay, new Hansel and Gretel take, I get that, but what are they? It's mentioned that Angie has killed a kid(s) before? Was it an abortion? Are these her aborted kids coming to haunt her? She used to drink heavily, did she run over a kid with her car? Why throw that out there when there's not going to be any explanation for it? Are the kids ghosts? Are they her guilty conscience? What are they? And why was there never any explanation for why the boy has the bloody ring around his eye?

It Comes At Night - It just ends abruptly and you are left wondering what the hell the whole thing was about.

It Comes At Night - It just ends abruptly and you are left wondering what the hell the whole thing was about. I hated that movie. If you're going to make a film about a post plague apocalyptic world, give us something to go on, don't just expect 'we got out of the city when everything went to hell' to suffice as far as details go. And yeah WTF is the deal with the door? If there are no PEOPLE around, how TF is the disease going to come in?

Got it. I had no idea such a movie existed.

The I Know What You Did Last Summer movies. Okay, Freddie Prinze Jr runs me over so I decide to kill and torment everyone else who was in the car BUT him, especially his girlfriend who was the only one who was against dumping my body in the ocean. I lose my hand in the process and am left for dead. Next, I get my son to change his identity and attend college with said girlfriend for no particular reason. I stage a fake radio contest where she wins vacation tickets and cross my fingers she never finds out she got the "winning" answer wrong, and I throw in an extra ticket relying on pure luck that she invites my son to go with her. This is all to get her on an entire island where I have to kill essentially the entire population, not to mention her new friends, before I can get to her. Meanwhile, I make one half-assed attempt to actually kill Freddie this time, fail, and completely give up, hoping that he doesn't try to intervene in my attempt of killing his girlfriend I randomly despise so much. He does, and I apparently die this time. Never fear! I am now a vengeance ghost, tormenting random Canadian kids for a Jackass stunt gone wrong.

Amityville Horror, the original, so much stuff that happened in that house has absolutely nothing to do with the murders that took place there recently, etc., cool movie but I had a hard time understanding why is the house doing this, this, this, this, etc.

The Incubus (1982)
I liked it, but it was frustratingly convoluted. Never explained the background of the demon and why he was raping all those women. It wasn't until I read the book that everything made more sense.

I haven't watched the movie yet, but I recently read Dark Harvest and while I liked the writing style, I'm pretty sure the basic concept makes no sense whatsoever.

Fright 1971 - the ending baffles me. How did the babysitter get a gun?

Haute Tension aka High Tension (2003) The reveal of the killer didn’t make much sense to me. My memory of the details are somewhat hazy, so I might be missing certain plot holes further along in the story/movie, but I do remember the opening scene to the film confounded the reveal even more.

I always hated the ending of that movie. It felt so cheap and trendy for what was otherwise a simple, compelling, well made horror movie. Alexandre Aja has sorta said the he thinks they fucked up the ending too in recent years.

Pulse, the Japanese movie, which is way superior to the American version, but still, what was the driving point that made the ghosts start coming out of computers and TVs? Why did they start making everybody either disappear or kill themselves? And don't get me wrong, I loved that movie, but it really didn't make sense and I know the Japanese are big on that, they like their mystery and ambiguity, hence why we don't know for sure how Cowboy Bebop ended, but still...

Nightmares in a Damaged Brain
(SPOILERS BELOW)
If George had been locked up since beheading his dad (not sure if the woman was his mum or a hooker) as a child, how did he marry and father a kid of his own? Not to mention, he could barely function in society, especially with the opposite sex

Eraserhead, whole damn movie, and I know that's the point, but that's like every bad acid trip rolled into one.

That part of it makes sense, the rest of it doesn't.

Don't Hang Up.
I actually kind of like this movie but it's got some obvious problems. The biggest one that nobody seems to address is how is it out of all the people they prank call, the ONLY person to find out who they are and track them down, isn't one of them? Nobody ever stumbled across their channel? It's not like they hide who they are. How did none of this ever get back to their families?, etc.
