Easter. I've got horrid flu thing....so am camped up at the Blade Swamp for the next few days or so. Avoiding my lady, friends, the pub and the cosmos until fighting fit again.
S0..... a good opportunity to binge a few unseen bits and bobs that have been on my 'to do' list. Which , if any, is your fave out of these 3 clusters....and if you wanna throw in a comment....fill yer boots. Happy Easter Imdbeastie Boys'n'Girls.

What are pre LOTR Hobbit movies?
I like THG movies for the most part. Never got into Narnia.

What are pre LOTR Hobbit movies? The ones with Martin Freeman as a Hobbit. Desolation of Smeg or something. Ive seen the 3 LotR flix but not the prequels.

I actually like those movies, at least the first two. They get a bad rap for splitting a 400 page book into three movies, but if you break down the plot, it's not really any less dense than LOTR. Like Kevin Smith famously said, they're just people walking until they drop a ring into a volcano. That said, I prefer THG.

The Hunger Games movies would be my 1st choice. The pre-Lord of the Rings Hobbit movies are enjoyable too, my 2nd choice.

The Hobbit ones.
Never got into Narnia. I watched the first and the last Hunger Games. The first one wasn't bad. The last one left me with no impression. I don't remember either particularly well.

I would recommend all three.
The second Hunger Games movie by itself is worth watching that quadrilogy; same for the second Hobbit and that trilogy.
The first Narnia movie is also very good.
