Any fans of this movie starring Laurence Olivier, Merle Oberon, and David Niven? I haven't seen it, but I know it was remade a bunch of times over the years. The movie got nominated for eight Oscars and won one for Best Cinematography. It was inducted into the National Film Registry in 2007. Leonard Maltin Movie Guide Review: Wuthering Heights (1939) - 4 out of 4 stars"Stirring adaptation of Emily Bronte's novel stops at chapter 17, but viewers shouldn't despair: sensitive direction and sweeping performances propel this magnificent story of doomed love in pre-Victorian England. Haunting, a must-see film. Gregg Toland's moody photography won an Oscar; script by Ben Hecht and Charles MacArthur. Remade in 1953, 1970, 1992, 2011, and in 2003 for cable TV."

It's not one of my favorites from Wyler, but it's still quite good and has strong performances.
