I've noticed within the last few months that IE 11 on Win 10 is acting up, meaning that it won't load the page properly or fully, will freeze and need restart or just freeze up and one must use tax manager to close it. This happens on all PCs I have with Win 10. No other browsers do this. Anyone else have such an issue?
I'm suspecting a built-in condition from the Microsoft "fascists" to prompt users to move over to Edge. I could just be paranoid, but maybe I wouldn't be so paranoid if Microsoft had not given reasons for such.
Do people still use Internet Explorer? I suppose it's handy for the Java feature since a lot of federal and state government websites still incorporate it.
I tried to see if I could open IE from Edge, but nothing appears. I think I may have uninstalled it at some point. It's not exactly the most secure browser out there. I had a buttload of trouble with it in the past.
I wouldn't be surprised if MS is trying to get away from IE. Maybe the reason why it's not working is because they don't want to support it anymore. That's one way of forcing people to use Edge.

That's the exact reason why I have been using it. But I'm now migrating my "bookmarks" over to Firefox instead.
I'm not a fan of the Chrome copycat Edge. Not a fan of Microsoft either, but have to use Win 10 for certain compatibility matters, otherwise I commonly use a Linux OS.
Chrome or Firefox are pretty much your best options for the typical computer user when it comes to a web browser. i see no reason to use Internet Explorer. also, for whatever it's worth... Chrome has the biggest market share by a wide margin as it's near 60% of the browser market.
i use Pale Moon x64 ( www.palemoon.org/ ) which is basically a Firefox variant. that's been my primary browser for years now.
