Last one to get in there was Randy Johnson. I don't know if we will ever see a 300 game winner again. the reasons are obvious, the bullpen being a bigger factor in games than ever before, pitchers breaking down faster....it seems like there are hardly any pitchers that are good today that were good 10 years ago. back in the day, you had mike mussina, tom glavine, curt schilling, etc.....tons of pitchers that were great for a long time.

It's ever-changing. You're never going to see a guy pitch both halves of a double-header, either. I mean, Kershaw would have to win an average of 20 games a season for the next nine seasons to get to 300. Even though he'd be 37 at the end of that run, which isn't that crazy, it's too many wins a season to average.
