It looks like it may have came on French tv but I am not sure. If anyone here is French who speaks English too and can record it in 1080p with English subtitles, if possible, I am willing to pay for it!

I did a quick search and it doesn't appear this film has been released to DVD yet. It wasn't even available on Amazon France.

Lots of films don't make it to DVD, and if it was a TV production, even more so.
But have faith, it may yet get released.
You could also try emailing the studio that produced it, to see if they have plans for a DVD release (or if it has already been released, but I just didn't find it). Here's their email address:
